Kouzon Bosnia and Herzegovina i.e. our office in Banja Luka has managed to gather all interested candidates from the whole country at one place.

 In order to have everything well organized, our activity was conducted in the hotel Bosnia in the centre of Banja Luka. The recruitment team of Kouzon presented the employment process for cruise ship employments in from of 100 potential applicants. The attendees, young people from 21 to 35 listened carefully the presentation, asked questions and eventually they decided to apply.

 The selection was done very quickly because most of the applicants had great qualifications for the positions they applied for. Our conclusion is that Bosnia and Herzegovina has a great potential to provide quality staff who could be employed at several cruise ship companies.

 Everybody who passed the selection process was approved for interview with the managers of the cruise ship companies, partners of Kouzon, and we promise that they will have the chance to present themselves at personal interviews with the recruiters in the first several months of 2014. The following activities in Banja Luka are planned for the last week of January and we expect to have a great number of applicants once again.
