This time a group of 20 future sailors is gaining STCW certificates which are one of the conditions for employment at Viking Ocean Line and MSC Cruises.

Throughout this week, our candidates will be passing all stages specified with the international convention on safety at sea “STCW” established in London in 1995.

Besides the theoretical part, the participants are having a practical training by practicing their First Aid, Firefighting, and Survival at Sea skills.
This training is being conducted in collaboration with our partners from the UK – same as all previous training activities in our school.
Due to the increased interest, Kouzon will continue with these sessions on regular basis.

The next STCW training session is planned for the beginning of March 2018.
