Whether it’s a student in Skopje preparing for their first summer job in the U.S., or a hospitality trainee in Kenya ready to join the cruise industry – this initiative is designed to support, guide, and connect young people with real-world opportunities.


🌍 Expanding Beyond Borders – Our First Destination: Kenya
We’ve already started on the ground.

In partnership with Cascade Institute in Kenya, we’ve met with dedicated hospitality students – chefs, waiters, service staff – all actively preparing for international careers. Together, we are helping to shape training programs that meet the expectations of global employers, with the goal of placing students into meaningful employment after graduation.
This is not just another program – it’s a strategic movement, one that aligns with Kouzon’s mission to be present where support is most needed.
