Живеев во град како од Кантри филм – Медора !
Јас искрено имав едно преубаво и незаборавно лето, од секаков аспект. Медара беше мал, каубојски град, претежно локалните жители се типични кантри луѓе кои живеат на ранчови. Самиот град е се уште назад во историјата на 18 и 19 век. Не е дозволена негова реконструкција и модернизација. Беше како да се наоѓаш во филм, навистина е прав див запад, такви градби, се потсеќа на минатото… Луѓето се исклучително љубезни, имав работа како касиер на маркет и бензинска во самото место и запознав многу луѓе. Далеку е од место за забава, во местото има барови, но и тие се во тој кантри фазон, сепак се беше интересно затоа што е многу поразличен стил од кај нас. Стекнав пријатели од целиот свет. Работата беше добра и во главно интересна, има добра заработка затоа што нема каде да се трошат парите (нема ноќен живот). Но затоа последните 2 недели шетав во Мајами, Њу Јорк, Чикаго, Минеаполис и Атланта и ја видов онаа модерна Америка која сите ја знаеме. 🙂 Во прилог неколку слики да го доживеете на кратко моето супер лето.

Job description
Housekeeper
Participants will be working in housekeeping, and if their English level is good enough, they may also work some hours at the Front Desk. Job duties include making beds, cleaning bathrooms and toilets vacuuming, washing mirrors and windows, taking supplies upstairs (sheets/blankets), doing laundry, serving as a continental breakfast room attendant.
Hour wage: 8.50$
Overtime hourly rate: $12.75
Front desk/Recepcion
Front desk clerks may sometimes be asked to do some housekeeping, however this is rare. The front desk will greet guests, check them in and out, and give them directions to their rooms, among other front of the house duties.
Hour wage: 8.50$
Average hours/week: 32

Housing
Provided
Shared apartment is one block from the hotel. Participants will have their own bed, and be situated 2-4 participants per room. There is a common kitchen, and bathroom. Housing is located above another business, and participants will have to enter through the store to access the housing.
Cost of housing: 350$ month
