The Offer is :

3 Bartenders

3 Waitress (Will also support Guest Relations/ Hostessing roles and should have good knowledge of Spirits/ Wine)

 

Above mix to be 5 Females & 1 Male

Notes

–          Top notch professionals who have presence, attitude and excellent communication skills

–          Good knowledge of wines and spirits

–          Working Experience

–          Flair Skills will be asset

–          Tall (Is it possible to get the candidates who are 5 feet 7 inches upwards)

–          English has to be excellent

 

Basic Salary: UAE AED 2500 (If excellent can increase)

Service Charge: Yes

Common Tipping Pool: Yes

Accommodation: 2 team members sharing a furnished room, free

Meals: In Team Dining Room at Hotel or Accommodation Complex, free

Transportation: Free from Team Member Accommodation to Hotel and back

Medical: Comprehensive medical cover as per the company policy

Insurance: As per company policy

Vacation: 30 calendar days every year

Vacation Tickets: Every 2 years to home destination or as advised (Nearest International Airport)

Working Hours: 48 working hours every week excluding breaks with 1 Off Day

Visas/ Joining Ticket: Provided by company

 

Note 1: Contract Validity

The contract is an open contract and gets automatically renewed. We provide ticket for repatriation only after 2 years (In case the team member decided to leave the employment)

Note 2: Service Charge

10% Service Charge is levied on identified revenue streams. And policy is to share 27% of this among all team members from RL9 to RL6

Note 3: Indemnity

If a team member completes one year of employment, indemnity is calculated and paid based on last salary as end of service benefit. The working for the same is noted below

  • >/= 1 year or </= 3 years completed: 7 days payment for every year worked
  • > 3 years but </= 5 years completed- 14 days for every year worked
  • > 5 years: 21 days for first five years and 1 month for every year there after
