CELEBRITY SERVICE EXCELLENCE ACADEMY – Skopje, Macedonia

After 5-day intense training, the first academy organized for the Housekeeping department in the framework of the project of Kouzon and Celebrity Cruises ended yesterday on March 1st.

We have organized a super successful training in our training center in Skopje for all the future employees on Celebrity Cruises in the Housekeeping department.

The participation was of around 20 already selected candidates (from several Balkan countries), and under the professional guidance of Ms. Stefanija Georgiev, these participants in the academy gained new knowledge and were hugely motivated for a successful start of their careers on Celebrity Cruises.

The training academy had a concept by which through theoretical and practical training, the future employees on Celebrity Cruises could meet the high standards that Celebrity Cruises has in maintenance of the guest rooms on the ships of the company, but also the standard FORBES, which is on the highest level in the world of the hospitality industry.

For us as hosts of this first Training Academy, it was a huge honor that Celebrity Cruises provided us with confidence and for the first time in the world training for the Housekeeping department was organized.

A new training academy is announced for the beginning of June.
