On Monday 23rd June we will start the new training academy for the restaurant department for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.

According to the list of chosen candidates, this time the group counts the largest number of candidates (future crew members) from the Czech Republic, Belarus, Romania, Ukraine, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria and certainly Macedonia.
On behalf of Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, the training will be held by the experienced Travelling Food & Beverage manager, Mr. Murat Veliogullari.
As always before, Kouzon is ready to welcome, accommodate and organize all participants at the training and to give them the necessary support to finish successfully the first step of their brilliant career for this cruise ship company.

This project of Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines has shown to be very successful. The proof of that is that all newly employee’s candidates for positions in the restaurant department, who attended this training in Skopje, are adjusting very successfully in the work system and they are getting excellent grades from their managers.
This is a second session in 2014 from the training academy of Royal Caribbean, and until the end of the year there will be three more.
