The ideal candidate should have 5 + years of experience with small animals and orthopaedic surgery experience are highly desirable. Also to know how to:

– Handling, examining and treating small animals 
– Meeting and consulting with the owners and carers of various animals
– Carrying out tests such as x-rays, blood samples and ultrasound scans;
– Giving advice to owners on issues such as nutrition, breeding and herd health;
– Immunising animals against different types of disease;
– Euthanizing old and terminally ill animals;
– Performing surgery, including managing anaesthesia;

And be able to:
– Working on out-of-hours emergency cases when on-call;
– Maintaining up-to-date records;
– Multiple languages will be a value added for the final selection 

Salary for this position is 15.000 – 25.000 AED (3.800-6.200E Euro)
