Successful start of the first MSC interview with German-speaking candidates in Skopje

MSC recruiters are in Skopje this week interviewing candidates for their Restaurant and Bar Department who besides English speak conversational German as well.

Today was the first out of three days of interviews with candidates from Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Turkey and Albania. Besides the verbal interview, the candidates were tested for their practical skills of serving food and drinks, as well as approaching and greeting customers.

The MSC recruiters were very satisfied with what the candidates on the first day of the interview had to offer and they are looking forward to meeting the candidates scheduled for the next two days.
