Today, the 20th of November, in the training center of Kouzon in Skopje started the SECOND Celebrity Excellence Academy.

Same as the previous – FIRST Academy, we have participants from several European countries:
Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, and Albania.

During the 5 days of this training, candidates gain the necessary knowledge and skills needed in order to work onboard Celebrity ships.
Both theoretical lectures and a practical part are taught to candidates by the best instructors, where they learn all the processes necessary to work in a Restaurant or Bar department respectively.

This unique training which is part of the strategy of Celebrity Cruises is conducted in order to create quality staff which will have a clear vision to build a career onboard this company.
