TRAINING ACADEMY FOR FUTURE LEADERS

It is an honor and pleasure for us to announce that Celebrity Cruises, as one of the best premium cruises companies, decided to re-open the training academy that existed and worked in Skopje in the period from 2011 until the end of 2013.

Celebrity Service Academy is a 5-day training for all candidates chosen to work for this cruises company in Restaurant and Bar Department. The academy itself is realized in front of chosen personnel who will come from Miami, specifically for the academy.

For the participants of the academy, the future employees on Celebrity Cruises, the accommodation, food, training and everything else will be free of charge.

The academy will be open in Kouzon’s training center in Skopje and it will be realized with groups of 30-40 New Hires. We are expecting this project to continue with including the Housekeeping Department as part of the training academy, and at the beginning of 2020, there is a possibility for opening an academy for Security Guards.

Besides the basic goal for gaining qualifications of our New Hires, this academy has a goal to create future leaders and managers in the Restaurant and Bar Department.
The preparations for the realization are in the final stages and the first group of around 40 New Hires from 7 countries will travel to Skopje on October 13^th.
